Job Context
ICONIC Engineering Limited is looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer who can produce high-quality graphics and video content to support our marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, hands-on editing skills, an understanding of design language, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, web, print, and promotional materials
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos (reels, ads, corporate videos, event coverage)
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and visual storyboards
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and animated content for digital platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
- Understand design language; know printable design formats and measurements
- Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and finished assets
Skills & Expertise
Photoshop · Illustrator · Premiere Pro/Capcut · After Effects · Canva Pro
- Graphic Design & Digital Content Creation

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Multimedia, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film & Media, or a related field (candidates with strong portfolios may be considered regardless of academic background)
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years (Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply)
- Experience in a corporate, engineering, or B2B marketing environment is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Canva knowledge is a plus)
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation
- Strong sense of color, typography, and composition
- Ability to shoot and edit video content using modern devices (preferred)
- Understanding of social media content and digital marketing trends
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, but also work with a team, is a must
- Must have a strong, presentable portfolio/showreel
Workplace & Work Hours:
- Company: ICONIC Engineering Limited
- Location: BSCIC Electronics Complex, Mirpur 11 Bus Stand, 6th Floor, Industrial Plot 1/1, Main Road 3, Section 7, Mirpur, Dhaka.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (6 days off per month: Fridays + 1st & 3rd Saturdays).
