Vacancy: 1 (One)  Job Location: Dhaka (Mirpur Head Office)  Employment Type: Full-Time  Job Context ICONIC Engineering Limited is looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer who can produce high-quality graphics and video content to support our marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.  The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, hands-on editing skills, an understanding of design language, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Job Responsibilities Design creative graphics for social media, web, print, and promotional materials Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos (reels, ads, corporate videos, event coverage) Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and visual storyboards Create motion graphics, GIFs, and animated content for digital platforms Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques Understand design language; know printable design formats and measurements  Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and finished assets Skills & Expertise Photoshop · Illustrator · Premiere Pro/Capcut · After Effects · Canva Pro  Graphic Design & Digital Content Creation Motion Graphics · Promotion & Branding Video Editing · Photography & Videography basics Educational Requirements Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Multimedia, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film & Media, or a related field (candidates with strong portfolios may be considered regardless of academic background) Experience Requirements 1 to 3 years (Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply) Experience in a corporate, engineering, or B2B marketing environment is a plus Additional Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Canva knowledge is a plus) Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation Strong sense of color, typography, and composition Ability to shoot and edit video content using modern devices (preferred)  Understanding of social media content and digital marketing trends Good communication skills in Bangla and English Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail  Ability to work independently, but also work with a team, is a must  Must have a strong, presentable portfolio/showreel  Workplace & Work Hours: Company: ICONIC Engineering Limited Location: BSCIC Electronics Complex, Mirpur 11 Bus Stand, 6th Floor, Industrial Plot 1/1, Main Road 3, Section 7, Mirpur, Dhaka.
